Packaging & Shipping
1. Steel components are packaged with iron pallets at the factory with the coding number, which is convenient for customers to unload.
2. Small steel structures are tied with iron wire and labeled.
3. Steel columns, beam ends and plates are wrapped in blankets to prevent collisions with containers during transportation.
4. Fasteners are packed in wooden cases.
5. The color coated roof and the upper layer of the wallboard are covered with plastic film, and the maintenance edge is wrapped with plastic film and labeled.
6. All siding and roof panels will be laminated on both sides and securely secured in the container.
7. Protect doors and Windows with foam paper and secure them in containers.
8. Container type :40ft HC, 40ft OT, 20ft GP.

Construction Process
The construction process of steel structure workshop includes design, production, transportation and installation.
· Design phase. Preliminary design is required according to the use and requirements of the workshop.
· In the production stage, materials need to be purchased and components prefabricated according to the design drawings.
· Transport phase. Usually, the mode of transport can be chosen by land or water transport.
· During the construction phase, the embedded parts should be installed according to the design drawings first. The steel structure members are then installed one by one.
· Finishing work. Carry out the construction of roof and wall, including waterproof, heat preservation, decoration, etc.
· Finally, inspect and accept the whole workshop to ensure that the construction quality meets the requirements.
