Qingdao Xinguang Zheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. is pleased to sign the project of Jiaodong International Airport (comprehensive traffic center and parking building), and undertake the production and installation of steel columns. The airport is  Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport which is under construction , designed in the shape of "starfish", beautiful and unique, highlighting the advantages of Qingdao's ocean.

The airport is located 11 kilometers northeast of Jiaozhou city center, west of Dagu River, east of the east outer race, between Jiaozhou-Jinan Railway and Jiaozhou-Jinan passenger line, and about 40 kilometers away from Qingdao city center. The site surrounding traffic advantage prominent, Qingdao-Yinchuan, Qingdao-Lanzhou,Shenyang-Haikou3highway,Jiaozhou-Jinan, Jiaozhou-Huangdao, Jiaozhou-Xinyi, Jiaozhou-Jinan passenger dedicated line 4 and Jiaozhou-Jinan railway passenger dedicated line of Jiaozhou, planning also wear under the Jinan-Qingdao high-speed rail in the Jiaodong international airport and the airport station, it has formed freely crisscross, the road network extending in all directions, as the site provides a good traffic conditions, It will help build an integrated land and air transportation system. It is a regional hub airport and an important airport for Japan and South Korea.

Jiaodong International Airport production and installation planning:

The international Airport (comprehensive traffic center and parking building) project adopts open-cut construction method, and the structure is buried about 2.5m deep, the wrapping surface of the wall is about 3.5m*0.85m. Its column using φ850*25/φ700*16 straight seam concrete filled steel tube column, using the upper and lower cylinder diameter welding connection (φ850~φ700), the total height of about 30 meters, the total weight of about 20 tons, section 17m+13m supporting transportation to the construction site. Each steel tube column is made of 25mm or 16mm thick steel coil. According to the requirements, a crane of 250T is used for installation on the construction site. Due to the tight engineering time and high precision requirements, Qingdao Xinguangzheng Group set up a task force to deepen the processing plan and construction plan, evaluate the geography, personnel skills and processing conditions of the group's five processing plant areas and finally select Qingdao Xinguangzheng Machinery Co., Ltd. for processing and production. In order to ensure delivery time, Qingdao Xinguangzheng Group implements comprehensive scheduling control before, during and after the project according to the requirements of "Two Tables". So far, Qingdao Xinguangzheng has completed the shipment and installation of three steel columns, and the verticality, flatness and other dimensions have passed one-time acceptance.
